Everyone seems to be going crazy over infused water these days and it’s really just about flavoring your water with fresh fruits and vegetables. I personally love cucumbers and strawberries, so why not flavor your water with something healthy?
Ingredients:
1 cucumber (sliced)
10 strawberries (sliced)
1 lime (optional)
Mint leaves

Simply fill a glass container half full with water and then add a couple handfuls of ice. There are not really any exact measurements — you just add the sliced cucumber and strawberries to the water and squeeze lemon juice on top. Stir and let sit in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Cucumbers, strawberries and especially mint, release flavors fairly quickly, so you may even like the taste after an hour or so.

If you are not a lime lover, just skip that step. Prior to serving, top with a sprig or two of mint leaves. I personally like my cucumbers cut on the thick side as I like to eat them, but feel free to slice them thinner, too. You can serve your drink in a pretty mason jar or a simple glass cup. Whatever strikes your fancy!
